RPIE basics

The Real Property Income and Expense (RPIE) statement is an annual filing required by the NYC Department of Finance under Administrative Code §11-208.1 for most income-producing properties. It reports calendar-year income, operating expenses, vacancy, units, and rentable square footage used in DOF's CAMA valuation process.
