Local Law 95
Storefront Registry filing deadlines.
Annual registration under Local Law 157 plus bi-annual supplemental reports for vacant storefronts under Local Law 95.
Under Local Law 95, Class 2 and 4 owners must file supplemental Storefront Registry statements by August 15 for storefronts vacant as of June 30, and by February 15 for storefronts vacant as of December 31.
Class 1 properties are exempt from supplemental reporting but may still owe the annual registration under Local Law 157 when applicable. Missing deadlines triggers penalties structured similarly to RPIE non-compliance.
